Product Description
The C-141 Starlifter is a military airlifter airplane designed by Lockheed Martin. It is powered by quad turbofans, 2 each on either side of its wings. The C141 Starlifter is mainly used by the Air Mobility Group (AMG) of the United States Air Force. The C-141 was lined up to replace piston-powered cargo airplanes and introduced in 1963; it was used for 40 years by USAF until its retirement in 2006. Between 1977 and 1982, a modification to lengthen the C-141 paved way to the model C-141B. Longer fuselage was added and also an in-flight refueling feature. The C Airplane is typically manned by a set of 5 to 7 crews. The C-141 Starlifter had served the US Air Force for 40 years.
